BOARDING KENNELS AND CATTERY

As we are a family business we can ONLY take people friendly dogs. We love animals and love the companionship that dogs provide and to us we are not just babysitting your beloved dog we are letting him/her experience a holiday and where there are just too many things to do, your companion doesn't stress due to your absence. That is why we provide a variety of stimulating toys and offer the optional extras. So your companion will want to come back to happy memories.

Our modern brick kennels are light and airy with a high iron roof. All kennels have an outside view to the exercise yards.

We now have our kennels cooled by an evaporative air conditioning unit, as additional cooling system. What lucky dogs!!

Each visitor gets their own bed and new bed covers are supplied on arrival.

We can arrange pick up and delivery of your pet/s in our pet taxi.

Exercise - Weather permitting your dog/s will be freely exercised most of the day, if sociable with other dogs and with your permission they will get to play with other dogs here at Furry Friends. We will also play ball with them if they are ball orientated or we have a multitude of toys for your pet to choose from.

If they prefer their own company we will supply a buster cube or food filled Kong for them to remain mentally stimulated whilst out in the yards.

Food - In summer we feed early in the morning and in winter feed after 6pm. On returning back to their accommodation each dog will be given a treat, usually a 4x2 Farrels biscuit or liver treats.

We feed a high quality dry food (Advance & Hills Science Diet) with the addition of a variety of fresh meat to tempt the fussiest dog. If your dog has a special diet, please let us know and we can try and accommodate their individual needs or you can supply their own special diet.

Optional Extras - As an optional extra we offer lead walks and swimming (hydrotherapy at a heated centre) please ask us about our optional extras. These items need to be booked in advance and during peak times availability may be limited.

*All dogs must have a current vaccination card sighted on arrival and all dogs must be up to date with their worming program.

Golden Retriever)

Extra Large and Giant $25.00 (Great Dane, Irish Wolf hound, Newfoundland)

Discounts may apply for shared boarding (same family only) or extended stays

Our daily rates are charged per calendar day and all dogs MUST be treated for fleas on arrival (Frontline) for a small fee. This is necessary to ensure no dog brings in or takes home fleas or ticks!
